Oh, yeah ... this is one of those things that people say all the time, but it's just plain not true.
None of us is entitled to be a child of God ... but by His grace we can be adopted and be called such.
This is the ultimate lie and Piper nails it.
Sure, we all came from the same seed...but the difference is in the inheritance. Children who disobey and run and alienate themselves from their father don't inherit his gifts.
