NoNo sat up for the first time yesterday! It was so awesome. I was at work at church and she was up on her hands and knees, rocking back and forth. She hasn't learned to crawl forward just yet so she rocks like a car revving up it's engine ... she just doesn't take off ... at least not yet.
So, I am cheering her on ... encouraging her to take that first leap forward when I notice that she has straightened her back leg. I am all like ... "NoNo, bend your leg! You can't crawl with your leg all straight behind you!" Then she starts going backwards slowly, pivots, and ends up on her butt! It was so great!
She will be eight months old here in a couple of days. :)
