You know there is something to be said about exercise, watching one's portions, and moving your body. I barely sit at the computer now. I might sit here for a total of one hour a day. I am exercising regularly, strength training and aerobics, and drinking 64 ounces of water a day.
Yesterday, I had lost two pounds. Today, I have lost another pound and a half. I am not hungry. I am not starving myself. I even ate a handful of hershey's kisses yesterday. And, I am eating what I want. I am just not eating as much and I am eating slower.
I am so loving this. :)
