Which is better ... Radeon or nVidia graphics cards? I want to get me a new card to play The Sims2 better but I have no clue which graphics card is best and I want a really good graphics card. I want one that can handle the 3D effects and let me play my game the way it was meant to be played. Especially without the dang thing crashing.
So which is best and will 128 MB be enough?

Thank you! I have an nVidia but it is only 64 MB and I can only play my sims for two hours at a time and that so sucks. I ordered the 128 MB nVidia card last night. :)
Oh ... and I didn't get the MX, I got the FX ... is that one okay? I hope so or I just ordered the wrong one and I will kick Bill's butt for not specifying which one I should have gotten. LOL
erm, i think it's not supposed to hav any x's...look on the sims requirements site...i distinctly remember seeing something about it.
it says fx is ok. me, i'd have bought something without an *x* tho. but i don't know why i say that lol...i was under the impression the x series weren't as good but i could be totally wrong.
and I wanted to ask, do you have a nude patch compatible with the patch? i had to take out the one i had before the patch and now I have the blur again.
It said FX was built for gaming, so I figured it would be okay. I am glad it is.
Hmmmm ... I don't take out the blur. For some reason, I like them to have it. LOL But, I think Killer Sims has one.
