Why is it that seeing pictures of our oh so santimonious president flipping the bird is so funny to me? I guess it is because we get to see the other side of him, the side he doesn't show very often. They are too funny, though. I just have to wonder what my brothers and sisters in Christ ... you know the ones on the far Right ... have to say about them?

Hey, my NINE YEAR OLD just blew that picture of Bush up in Paint(!) for Pete's sake, and showed me the obvious manipulations around his hand. I asked how he knew to look at it, and he said "Gosh, Dad, look at the color of his middle finger -- you'd have to be some kind of a dumb DORK to buy that lousy stuff!".
That kind of crap won't win many friends, and it sure as hell won't influence ANY of the right people!

That is not the only picture of Bush flipping the finger and none of the ones I have seen have been doctored. As a graphic artist, I haven't been able to detect anything that would indicate it is photoshopped. But, I do want to congratulate you on having such an advanced nine year old. Mine is not even allowed to surf any site that would have pics of someone flipping the bird. And, I sure wouldn't be giving them one to play with in Paint. My children only get to play on Disney.com and Barbie.com and they use Paint to draw pictures of houses, birds, trees, and that kind of thing.
As for taking it down ... I don't think so. Last time I checked, this is my blog and I will put whatever I see fit on it. If you don't like it ... you have ever right not to visit my site. I won't be mad. Promise.
